The Club USA food menu brings a taste of Texas and Kentucky to CC24 – featuring a feast of flavours and dishes such as chargrilled maple-smoked ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, loaded fries, jackfruit burgers, buffalo chicken wings & much more. 

Plus enjoy a curated selection of bespoke cocktails, crafted to perfection and served through the weekend.

FRIDAY – KENTUCKY

Snack: Buffalo Chicken wings with Blue Cheese Dip (vegan alternative - cauliflower wings), cheesy pretzel bites

Dinner: Chicken Burgers (grilled or fried) served in a brioche & fries, with salad Slaw & Condiments (vegan burger alternative)

SATURDAY – TEXAS

Lunch: Chargrilled Maple Smoked Ribs, Honey Butter Cornbread slices and a Corn Rib option (v)

Snack: Boneless Chicken wings (BBQ & Hot honey flavour) (vegan alternative - cauliflower wings), cheesy nachos and dips

Dinner: BBQ Box Meal, Choose , Brisket, Pork, Halloumi, Jackfruit. Served with wedges, salad, slaw & pickles

SUNDAY – TEXAS

Lunch: Smokehouse Buns - Choose of Beef Brisket / Texa Pulled Pork / Fried Halloumi / Vegan Jackfruit )

BBQ PITMASTER

We are thrilled to welcome fire chefs and street food pioneers Sam and Shauna to the festival. They'll be hosting pitmaster demonstrations on Saturday and Sunday, inviting you to their outdoor kitchen to experience fire cooking.

We can't wait to welcome Henry Invisible from Austin, Texas, to the main stage at CC24. Henry's live shows are legendary dance parties where he effortlessly juggles guitar, bass, percussion, vocals, keys, and a virtual horn section. Get ready for a dynamo of positive energy that'll keep you dancing all night long!
